In-Motion Weighbridges

Accurate in-motion weighing with a strong focus on data accessibility. From weighing events to data appearing on screens in less than 10 seconds. Both full and empty weighing events are possible with direction tracking, allowing you to determine delivered mass while accounting for carry-back if needed. Our weighbridges are fully customisable to meet any operation's requirements, and we even offer portable solutions for frequently changing tipping areas. They are also fully integrable with our fleet monitoring products, enabling exact tonnages to be linked to unique trip IDs in the production monitoring software.

Static Weighbridges

Precision static weighbridges for accurate axle or full-vehicle weighing, available in single or multi-panel configurations. Ideal for compliance, inventory, and performance tracking. All weighbridges are NRCS type-approved and verified by SANAS-accredited bodies for legal-for-trade use. Fully integrable with our fleet monitoring software to link weights to trip IDs and support operational insights.

Onboard Weighing

Accurate onboard weighing using robust load cells and load pins installed on dump trucks, excavators, or LHDs, tailored to client requirements. Our systems provide real-time payload data to operators and production teams, enabling improved loading efficiency and reduced overloading risk. Fully integrable with our fleet monitoring solutions to ensure every tonne is tracked and linked to production performance.

Main Areas

  • Measure Trucks Transporting Raw Material on the Road

Installing weighbridges at the source and/or destination locations for material being hauled on public roads enables:

    - Accurate, timestamped tonnage measurements - Metal accounting for material movement - Evaluation of individual and aggregate fleet performance
  • Measure Trucks Hauling Raw Material from the Pit

Installing weighbridges on the route to the tipping area allows for:

    - Accurate, timestamped tonnage measurements - Bi-directional weighing with both full and empty measurements - An affordable and maintainable solution compared to onboard weighing
  • Measure Dump Trucks and LHDs

Installing weighbridges on the route to the tip allows for:

    - Accurate, timestamped tonnage measurements - Bi-directional weighing with both full and empty measurements - An affordable and maintainable solution compared to onboard weighing
